Of course, there are numerous schools which operate without need for this website.
In others, one cannot say the same about pupil parents in spite of every effort made by teachers.
The negative page on "How many UK homes exist without a single book?" etc is a serious reflection upon a supposedly advanced nation.
Today being Budget Day the nation's mind will be on other things.
